Pink Lady® dark-chocolate bark
10 mins to prepare // 0 mins to cook (harden overnight if possible)
Ingredients:
- 4 slabs (100g each) good-quality dark chocolate
- 2 Pink Lady® apples, sliced
- ¼ cup (60ml) Honey dried Pink Lady® apple crisps
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) pomegranate rubies
- ¼ cup (60ml) coconut flakes, toasted
- Edible flowers (optional)
Method:
- Melt chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.
- Pour onto a lined large baking tray and smooth out using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with fresh and dried Pink Lady® apple slices, pomegranate rubies, toasted coconut and edible flowers, if using.
- Leave to harden in a cool, dry place. (On a hot day, chill in the fridge to set.)
- Once set, break into shards and place on a serving platter.
