Spicy Pink Lady® Apple Crisps with Goats Cheese Dip

10 minutes to prepare // 35 minutes to cook // Serves 4 people


  • 4 Pink Lady® Apples
  • Sprinkling Chilli flakes
  • 50g Soft goats cheese
  • 3 tbsp Goat yoghurt
  • Handful Chopped fresh herbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic granules
  • 1 handful Honey roasted nuts

Full preparation

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180c
  2. Slice the apples approximately 3mm thick and lay out on a wire rack placed over a baking tray
  3. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and bake for 15 minutes
  4. Turn the crisps over, sprinkling the other side with chilli flakes and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Repeat until crunchy!
  5. While the crisps are baking, make the dip by putting all of the remaining ingredients into a bowl and gently stirring until combined
  6. Crush the nuts in a pestle and mortar or bash them with a rolling pin
  7. Serve your crisps with the dip and nuts on the side or generously drizzled over them
  8. Enjoy!
