Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana, peeled
- 1 cup of vegan yoghurt
- 1 large Pink Lady® apple, washed and cut up into chunks, core and stem removed
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 2 teaspoons chia or flax seeds
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla powder or extract
- 1 cup plant-based milk (for example almond or rice milk)
- 2 teaspoons beetroot powder or freeze dried raspberry powder (optional)
Topping ingredients
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup oats, nut or seeds
- handful edible flowers
- 4 slices Pink Lady® apple
Full preparation
- Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately and add the toppings of your choice
