Pink Lady® apple pie breakfast smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 cup of vegan yoghurt
  • 1 large Pink Lady® apple, washed and cut up into chunks, core and stem removed
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 2 teaspoons chia or flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla powder or extract
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (for example almond or rice milk)
  • 2 teaspoons beetroot powder or freeze dried raspberry powder (optional)

Topping ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oats, nut or seeds
  • handful edible flowers
  • 4 slices Pink Lady® apple

Full preparation

  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately and add the toppings of your choice
