- 1 Pink Lady® apple
- 8 Cocktail sticks or lollipop sticks
- 100g 70% dark chocolate
- 100g Sesame seeds
- 100g Chopped hazelnuts
- 100g Desiccated coconut
- 100g Smashed Oreos
- 100g Stem ginger
- 100g Orange zest
- 100g Pistachios
- 100g Meringue and freeze-dried strawberry mixture
- 1 sheet Greaseproof paper
- Carefully slice the Pink Lady® apple into eighths.
- Insert the lollipop sticks into the Pink Lady® apple slices.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Dip the apple lollipops into the melted chocolate, aiming for approximately half of each Pink Lady® apple slice to be covered in the chocolate.
- Before the chocolate dries, quickly dip the Pink Lady® apple slices into your choice of topping (feel free to add any of your favourite toppings!).
- Lay on the greaseproof paper until set, then enjoy!
