Ingredients:
- 4 Pink Lady® Apples
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup cashew nut butter
- Small handful strawberries
- Small handful blueberries
- 1 kiwifruit peeled
- Small handful granola
- 1 tbsp. hemp and flax seeds
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
Full preparation:
- Chop up the strawberries, blueberries and kiwifruit into small pieces and set aside
- Slice the Pink Lady apples across ways into about 5mm thick slices then, using small cookie cutters, cut out the core
- Add either a layer of yogurt or layer of cashew nut butter then pile on the other ingredients as desired
