Pink Lady® Apple Doughnuts

  • 4 Pink Lady® Apples
  • 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup cashew nut butter
  • Small handful strawberries
  • Small handful blueberries
  • 1 kiwifruit peeled
  • Small handful granola
  • 1 tbsp. hemp and flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

Full preparation:

  1. Chop up the strawberries, blueberries and kiwifruit into small pieces and set aside
  2. Slice the Pink Lady apples across ways into about 5mm thick slices then, using small cookie cutters, cut out the core
  3. Add either a layer of yogurt or layer of cashew nut butter then pile on the other ingredients as desired
